Purpose

WhatIsCultivatedMeat.com is an interdisciplinary knowledge base that explores the science of cellular agriculture and cultivated meat. This educational tool contains the answers to the questions most frequently searched by teachers, students, and the public.

Who We Are

This project is fully funded by the Educated Choices Program, a nonprofit organization that provides educational programming on food systems to students, community members, and businesses. One of ECP's offerings is a free video presentation that includes information on cultivated meat titled "Future of Food."

ECP commissioned North Mountain Consulting Group to develop WhatIsCultivatedMeat.com as a comprehensive, evidence-based resource for educational purposes. As of June 1, 2021, this initiative is managed exclusively by the Educated Choices Program.
