Olivia Ogilvie, PhD
Dr. Ogilvie completed her studies at the University of Auckland with a PhD in Food Biochemistry, during which she used mass spectrometry to investigate the digestion of gluten peptides that cause coeliac disease. She is interested in using science to innovate and improve our food production system, leading her to undertake a postdoctoral fellowship in cellular agriculture. She is also interested in research commercialization and investment.
