UPSIDE Foods partners with Three-Michelin Star Chef Dominique Crenn

For the first time since its removal in 2018, meat - in the form of cultivated chicken - will return to the menu at the world-renowned French restaurant, Atelier Crenn, upon regulatory approval. Crenn, the first female chef in the US to be recognized with three Michelin stars, will also provide recipe development and culinary counsel in the new deal, UPSIDE's first-ever chef partnership.
