Cellular Agriculture Europe welcomes Wilk, its first cultivated dairy company, to the association. Wilk, formerly known as Biomilk, is an Israeli company developing cultivated milk and milk components from both animals and humans. The Coca-Cola-backed company was recently granted U.S. patent approval for its procedures and technologies. Cellular Agriculture Europe, founded in 2021, is a coalition of companies committed to building a more resilient and sustainable future through cultivated food innovation. Members include Mosa Meat, SuperMeat, Aleph Farms, Future Meat, and Peace of Meat, among others.
