The Good Food Institute India has launched its third India Smart Protein Innovation Challenge (ISPIC) today. Applicants are challenged to discover innovative solutions to address the most urgent needs and gaps in the Indian smart protein sector. These challenges include consumer research, scientific whitespace mapping, ingredient optimization, regulation, and policy. Applications will close on May 24, 2023.
ISPIC has trained over a thousand new innovators in the business and science of smart protein, fostering the next generation of talent and entrepreneurs for the Indian smart protein sector.
