Master Chef Judge Tries Cultivated Meat in Blind Taste Test

Cultivated meat start-up SuperMeat held a blind taste test at their restaurant The Chicken, the world’s first restaurant to serve this food innovation. Michal Ansky, founder of Israel’s first farmer’s market and a long-time judge on the TV show Master Chef, was given the opportunity to taste both conventional and cultivated meat and determine which was which.“It’s one of the only times in my life that I’m really happy that I was wrong.” - Ansky.
